As part of the real estate division in Carrefour Taiwan, I am working in the Asset department. This department is responsible for estimating the cost of construction, managing the sites and suppliers, purchasing the equipment and maintaining the stores. My main missions include :
- Schedule, plan and follow the financial and contracting process for the projects of Remodelling and New Opening.
- Development of controlling tools and cost saving measures to help the maintenance managers and the site managers to develop their project.
- Optimization of internal processes.
- Plan and participate to develop an ambitious Energy saving project
