• Plan, coordinate and lead recruitment life cycle :
- Co-developed and implemented an internal recruitment platform for the follow up and reporting of recruitment activities
- Analysis and definition of the business needs in collaboration with Operational Leaders
- Sourcing of suitable candidates thanks to our network, database and advertisements
- Identification, interviewing and selection of candidates
- Management of offer negotiation, employment contract issuance, relocation process
• Implemented and manages the On Boarding Process.
• HR reporting / HR Database completion.
Career Development (Middle & Top Management):
• Plan, coordinate and manage Development and Performance Process (career progression, mobility ..) in collaboration with BU Leaders.
• Involved in salary increases calculation, bonuses attribution.
• HR database update & follow up.
Mobility:
• Manage work & residence permit obtaining process with an external provider.
• Responsible for foreign new joiners’ domiciliation process, liaising with local administrations.
Training:
• Creation of a training plan.
• Set up of a co-funding of trainings process.
Administrative HR:
• Probationary period process.
• Dismissal process.
• Process with holiday’s requests.
• Process with parental leave’s requests.
• Process with unpaid leave’s requests.
• Process with sickness requests.
• Process with company leasing cars fleet management.
