• 20+ years’ experience in process design and implementation in areas as diverse as finance, sales and HR
• • Proven leadership managing complex, cross-discipline projects in matrixed organizations, from pre-sales participation and contract negotiation through solution design, implementation and change management
• Strong client relationship skills, with proven record of effective stakeholder management for both internal and external stakeholders; able to expertly manage relationships in complex and difficult businesses
• • Strong program management experience in implementing global solutions for employee data management, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, succession planning, learning, and recruiting, based on SuccessFactors, SAP, PeopleSoft, boutique, bespoke, on-premise and self-service applications
• Extensive global experience across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific, including 10 years working in the U.S and more than 20 years working and residing in Europe
