Added to the previous Programme Management activities, appointed to develop ICAO helicopter renovation business. After one successful contract award to TCF on French FENNEC helicopters, business development is positioned to export countries using a multidomestic organisation of THALES group.

Civil Aeronautic programme
Manage all support activities on TCF aeronautic equipment (Radar-Altimeter, VOR/ILS, VHF Radio) , strong relation between prime contractor and TCF industrial plant.
Military Aeronautic programmes
Manage services programmes for military aeronautic equipment. Customers are SAAB Aeronautic, MOD UK, MBDA UK, EADS (Gripen, Erieye, FSTA, Storm Shadow, UAV, A400M, NH90, Tigre…). Different types of services are provided from order on demand to all inclusive contract passing by Repair By the Hour and Equipment Availability.
The main day to day activities as a programme manager are:
- Close Relation with the customer, focus on customer satisfaction
- Planning, communication and control of programme requirements
- Improvement of the supply chain to guarantee the programme deliveries
- Management of subcontractors
- Management of internal team (up to 7 task managers)
- Coordination of all management tasks: plans, budget, reporting, risks, delivery on-time
- Involvement in business development for contract extension or future business opportunities
Since 2003 >> Integrated Logistic Support Manager & Product Maturity Manager__________
ILS activities
Manage all ILS activities (upstream) linked to IFF/Navigation equipment. Activities to be managed are mainly constituted of RAMS, documentation, training studies. Management of internal team (3 to 4 experts).
Product Maturity Manager
Develop the Equipment Maturity activities (Robustness Test, Accelerated Test, HALT/HASS, RGT, RQT…) for product develop for A380 and other aeronautic product. Represented Thales at the ALT 2006 International conference to present a methodology for equipment accelerated life testing. Management of internal team (2 reliability engineers)
Since 2001 >> Reliability Engineer__________________________________________________
Manage Reliability studies at equipment level (MTBF/MTBUR) based on predicted models and/or field experience. Development of FRACAS activities of perform equipment improvement.
