My roles as European Business controller are, with one assistant:
• Build the annual budgets with all the country managers, and forecasts.
• Monthly closing and comparison with budgets
• Year-end closings: accruals determination, Interviews with statutory auditors
• Design of new reports for the operational team: unbilled cost reports, Intercompany reconciliation report, ad hoc reports.
• Pricing of services in the context of tenders, update of pricelists.
• definition of business and processes during the deployment of a new ERP.
