PhD in Biology and Health, I joined Kelly Scientific Resources Geneva, where I put my scientific expertise in the recruitment of qualified profiles in life sciences for the Western part of Switzerland.
I’m oriented customer service and H2H/B2B relationships in Life Sciences field since more than 3 years.
One of my personal priorities, is help our partners to find suitable candidates to fill their positions.
For that, I manage different activities in business development, sales and talent acquisition with strong knowledge in requirements of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, IVD, CRO, Cosmetic, Medical Device, Food industries, Chemistry companies.
During my professional activities, I participate regularly in professional shows and job fairs.
Since 2 years, I am a "Mentor recruitment consultants's" to support newcomers onboarding within Kelly Services and to support them on the recruitment best practices.
Moreover, I am involved in "Talent Sourcing Training activities" within Kelly Services for all collaborators. In this context, I provides theoretical and practical knowledge on Sourcing Tools, simple and effective tips for Recruiting with Social Media, and with other candidate sourcing tools like "Boolean Search".
Finally, I'm the backup to the Branch Director Life Science in his absence, to assist business activities and responsibilities of Kelly scientific.
