Casablanca2012 - 2014During 2 years I was sent to major clients such as Schneider Electric, Sanofi and Air Liquide in order to perform or participate to change management projects. During that time I was also an active member of the Employees Union Office (a Student Union like association for CGI’s employees)
Duties:
Auditing existing system structure before solution implementation (determination of security level)
Participating to calls for tender on the GRC solution
Deployment of the GRC 10 (SAP solution) solution in several countries as New-Zeland, Australie, Mexico
In charge of USA workshops planning, managed a team of 7 people from different cultures and background (India, USA, Mexico, New Zealand, Europe)
Improving the comprehension and the buy in of end-users of the authorization solution
Establishing adequate business solutions according to needs
Participating to workshops: negotiation with users, communication about the project, follow-up
Translating technical needs into business needs
Drafting user guides of technical interface for end users
