    Paris 2018 - maintenant In charge of the Head Quarter Management team (up to CEO N-1) based in Paris, including a Training Center unit based in Melun and the supervision of an HR Assistant, my main missions are:

    • Coordinating international transfers of top managers in collaboration with the C&B team
    • Assisting the France HR Manager and HR HQ Management team in the implementation of the HR local policies, programs and procedures
    • Dealing with the Union Representatives (CE and Staff representatives)
    • Contribution to 2 local redundancy plans

    Paris 2011 - 2015 Supporting HR services for a population of 250 engineers, technicians and middle managers in an R&D center including a production unit.

    • First point of contact for employees on all HR-related questions
    • Advises and assists business/line managers on interpretation of HR policies and programs
    • Business planning, staffing, recruiting and training & development
    • Involved at all stages of employees' careers: recruitment, transfers, promotions, appraisals

    • Providing support to employees and their families throughout the lifecycle of a transfer.
