Outdoor enthusiast and passionate about footwear, I am looking for opportunities to continue to discover, improve and share in my job and also in my mountain activities in a company with wich I am sharing the philosophy and goals.

    Quality Management of a footwear strategic supplier (20 M€ TO per year) :

    - Quality follow up : control on finish product and on line, respect of Oxylane internal process rules, compliance with our quality requirements, management of quality indicators and targets
    - Continuous improvement : design to cost, line organization, time and consumption
    - Responsible for external and internal audits : Quality audit, Social audit (CSR/HRP) and Process audit

    Development in collaboration with the Product Engineer

  • Vivesco - R&D / Stratégie

    2012 - 2012 Travail sur l'optimisation du taux AT/MP, coeur de métier et savoir faire unique de Vivesco permettant d'identifier des sinistres impactant.

    - Mission de R&D opérationnelle ayant pour but de définir un cahier des charges techniques fonctionnel et une maquette pour la réalisation d'un outil interactif à usage interne et externe visant à l'optimisation du calcul du taux AT/MP (Accident du travail et maladie professionnelle).
    - Accompagnement stratégique dans le changement de business model.

    Fin 2012 et en une seule entreprise, le logiciel a permis de faire gagner 1 million d'euro en cotisations excessives.

  • Quechua - groupe Oxylane - Trainee Shoes Product Engineer

    2011 - 2012 In the Footwear team, I assume responsibilities of :

    - Auto-control leader : visual, functional and lab test responsible
    - Support on quality issues : problem evaluation, identification of root cause, validation of solutions
    - Development support : material validation to sample delivery deadline
    - Quality indicators following : reports and corrective action plan follow up

  • Méchinaud - Trainee Production Technician

    2009 - 2009 - 3D map of the factory in order to optimize space and flow. Proposal of a new spacial organization linked to the arrival of 2 new machines

    - Optimization of production on 1 line (5 people) using a new organization of the work place + analyzing the flows

    - Redaction and update of "Document Unique" : prevention of risks and identification of non conformity
