    As a key player of the strategic planning process for top fragrance brands (Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Chloe, and others) I support executive management in COTY's brand portfolio development and investment strategy.

    - Strategy and analysis: In efforts to provide guidance and increase efficiencies, I work with senior management on all aspects of new product development including sales & gross margin projections, long term investment strategy, and financial benchmarking for marketing and advertising campaigns.
    - Budget & month-end closing: My role in budget management for global teams has given me the opportunity to implement strategic changes throughout COTY's on-going restructuring. I also coach and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure accuracy and accountability during month-end and year-end closing.
