2011Mes missions sont:
-Assister les compagnies aeriennes pour établir une recherche de pannes.
-Fournir aux compagnies aeriennes les éléments techniques nécessaires à l’assurance de la navigabilité, ainsi qu’a l’optimisation de la durée de vie sous l’aile de leurs moteurs.
-Coordonner les recommandations techniques avec le support des spécialistes hardware.
-Rédiger/piloter des workscopes pour les moteurs sous garanties et en investigation.
-Participer aux “Revues” sur tables des moteurs, aux “Scrap Review” en atelier.
Manager at CFM Product Support Engineering. Technical Assistance to Airlines, to ensure fleet airworthiness, provide recommandations to optimize time on wing. Coordinate troubleshooting in case of in-service event. In charge of workscope delivery for under warranty or investigation related engine shop visit. Airlines focal point for powerplant technical questions related to CFM56 engine family

• Represent CFM Product Support with Airbus and customers
• Ensure the preparation and facilitation of conferences and conference calls with customers
