    Strasbourg 2009 - 2011 GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER _ WOMEN'S & MEN'S FTW ORIGINALS
    - Responsible for creating globally relevant products & concepts for adidas Originals FTW.
    - Direct management of 1 assistant Product Manager.
    - Executing the product creation process from clear design briefs to range launch and GTM strategy
    - Responsible of range performance (Buying volume, Turnover, Margin, FOB…)
    - Managing global lifestyle men’s and women's footwear ranges : workable prototypes that address the desired; function, design direction, market&consumer appeal and commercial viability. This includes Factory travels, checking of prototypes and salesman samples for quality, size, fit.
