    More precisely, it involves the realisation of the following tasks:
    • Establishing, analysing and formalising customer needs related to stockpile management and missiles’ maintenance
    • Listing of currently existing technological bricks at MBDA corresponding to the needs defined previously
    • In a joint work with in-house specialists, defining the necessary technologies to be developed in order to be able to offer the required services
    • Realising a roadmap and a business case for project development
    • Presentation to Senior Management and decision for project launch
  • Airbus - Intern in Cabin Innovation, Strategy and Design

    Blagnac 2013 - 2013 Strategic analysis of specific topic related to aircraft cabins, in preparation of executive level management decisions, including:
    • Comprehensive market analysis of the aircraft cabin supplier landscape
    • Mapping of the Airbus cabin value chain
    • Research of statutory certification regulations and processes

    • Scenario analysis portraying potential future developments
