    2016 - 2016 Tantalus Estate is a premium winegrower situated in the heart of the Onetangi Valley on Waiheke Island. Founded in 2013 on twenty acres of established vineyard Tantalus is devoted to producing small batch Bordeaux and Rhone style blends of the highest quality in limited quantities.

  • Stonyridge Vineyard - Tasting Room & Outside Manager

    2015 - 2016 Stonyridge Vineyard, established since 1984 in the Beautiful Waiheke Island (35 min Ferry from Auckland, NZ) is one of the most iconic vineyard of New Zealand for premium and sustainable growth red wines (Bordeaux and Rhone Valley style wines). Thanks to their flagship, The Sonyridge Larose, one of the most awarded and expensive wine of New Zealand.

    Reporting to the Hospitality Manager. Responsible of the Tasting Room, Tours and Outside waitressing.
    I also had the chance to work with the vineyard team for some critical operation.
    - Standard and Premium tastings (for visitors, tour operator and VIP customer)
    - Tours and Tasting around the vineyard for big groups (20 to 50 people)
    - "En primeur" Future sales for the Stonyridge Larose
    - Central bar manager for the High Life New Year Event (2500 people)
