- To manage supplier delivery performance for direct materials to ensure material availability within manufacturing; through monitoring and expediting to ensure continuity of supply and the elimination of material shortages.
- To optimise and/or reduce raw material inventory; improve inventory turn based on consumption; managing obsolescence
- To manipulate and release weekly supplier schedules as required, to place discrete purchase orders to support non-schedule purchasing, to raise appropriate Requests for Credit to reject materials to suppliers
- Prepare Logistics Service Level agreements for tier one suppliers to ensure guidelines are established
2009 - 2009During my studies I completed several short Internships as Junior Consultant in various companies. The latest was a Fair Trade company where I was in charge of optimizing the whole Supply Chain from suppliers’ suppliers to customers’ customers. I thought about how to generate value, how to reduce lead times, to be more flexible and increase productivity (ex: quotes automation).
IBM
- Passport Advantage Sales Operations
Bois-Colombes 2008 - 2009I realized a gap year for IBM Software Group in Paris. Where I was part of the Team who managed the IBM software contract: Passport Advantage (PA). This especially means:
- helping Sales people (in France and in Ireland) managing orders
- managing licenses inventory (that also means working with compliance Team)
- or the implementation and deployment of customer licenses on site.
In that specific case I was working closely with IBM architects and IBM product managers.
I also worked and trained Sales Team (sometimes customers: BNP, Natixis, SNCF) about the PA contract. I trained the Cognos Team about PA when the company has been bought by IBM in 2009.
Experience Europe
- Analyste Marketing
2007 - 2010I worked for Experience Europe and Paris Perfect as Marketing Analyst during my studies (Part time job).
I realized Marketing analysis with data of the company from the creation
(2005) with regular updates of the master data followed by reports. I was working on requests sent by customers on a day to day basis in order to highlight trends and plan special offers. I built up and manage a database composed of all these requests.
