    Warid Project :
    The project included 300 RBS, 230 ML TN MW, 300 towers, 3 BSC’s.
    In charge of the following tasks.
    - Responsible to monitor the progress of all Supply matters such as ordering, deliveries, inland transportation, Local purchasing, Customs clearance etc…and report/highlight all major obstacles and delays
    - Responsible to maintain good record of all Supply documentation including inventory, Ledger, customs invoices and documentation, etc.
    - Responsible to maintain virtual stock control in warehouse segregated by project / phase / spares activities etc. Able to provide project-wise stock to CPM when requested.
    - Ensuring and maintaining warehouse safety and security standards.
    - Use the identified warehouse management system and processes
    - Train and secure knowledge of other personal in the process
    MTN Swap project :
    The project included 277 RBS 2206, to be distributed against old RBS 2202 swapped out.
    In charge of the following tasks.
    - Responsible to monitor the progress of all Warehouse matters such as receiving materiels, storing, ordering and receiving the Swapped out RBS. Create and customized Ordering system, BOQ’s, Stock follow up designed on Excel.
    - Monitoring the preparation of the Swapped out Inbound/Outbound Export process and follow up designed on Excel.

    - Responsible of Warehousing and transport for 2 huge 3G projects (Vodafone & Etisalat: 700 sites, 4 20T trucks offloaded per day).
    - Managed equipment delivery for each phase: civil works  Transmission  RBS integration.
    - Daily reporting.
    - Training of 50 persons from Ericsson Egypt Ltd. Etisalat Egypt and Panalpina Egypt. Persons to take over the activity.
    - In charge of creating and maintaining all process related to the Logistic activity.
