    - Coordination et pilotage des activités afin de maîtriser les délais de réalisation

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2014 Procurement planner at AIRBUS Helicopters,in charge of several customers (USA, UK, DE, AUT, FR) :
    - To ensure creation and orders' monitoring via SAP
    - To solve logistic and qualities issues
    - To use performance's indicator in order to evaluate suppliers (KPI, Dashboard, SED)
    - To set up missions and improvement plans with suppliers (FMEA, 8D)

    Since beginning 2014, in charge of a LEAN project on the Quality Notification system at Airbus Helicopter. Using global approach and managing a team composed of 3 Engineers, the main objective is to make a maping "As-Is" in order to improve physical and informatic flow.

    Tasks carried out:
    - Bibliographical study, identification of references' sites
    - Sampling and analysis of pipes according to representative criteria (diameter, materials' composition, age and water quality).
    - Development and construction of industrial pilots in order to create and monitor a water quality change on selected pipes
    - Set-up of the pilots on identified sites
    - Follow-up of tests, treatment and interpretation of generated data
    - Drafting of Minute of meeting and Good practice



    Technical Support expertise : Life expectancy diagnosis of a network by non-destructive tests with Foucault current
