My role is to collect the business requirements from the Manufacturing sites and Perso Centers to build a new Core Model. Then I had to build the solution to deploy the new Core Model on Oracle EBS with the help of an integrator.
My main activities were:

* Insuring the new Core Model can be supported by Oracle EBS with Gemalto's partner
* Customizations design, development folllow up and validation
* Presenting & promoting the core model to the local teams
* Lead users acceptance tests, and change management with dedicated teams
