Based in both Paris and London, responsible for the contract management of outsourced logistics operations in Germany, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Greece and the UK as well as the management of a time-sensitive transport network across Europe, delivering physical product (primarily CDs) from a central European warehouse located in Germany either direct to retail ( the Benelux, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, Austria, Switzerland ) or to satellite warehouses ( Spain, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, Greece and Turkey).
Responsable de la gestion des contrats logistiques, externalises en Allemagne, en Suède, en Pologne, en République Tchèque, en Espagne, en Grèce et dans le Royaume-Uni aussi bien que la gestion d'un réseau de transport a travers l'Europe, qui livre la musique ( en principe CDs), départ d'un entrepôt en Allemagne soit directement aux clients en Allemagne, en France, en Suisse, en Autriche, en Italie, dans le Benelux ou dans le Royaume-Uni, soit directement aux entrepôts satellites ( en Espagne, en Suede, en Pologne, en Republique Tcheque, en Grece, en Turquie).

Responsible for re-engineering and implementing both strategic pan-European and country-based logistics and supply chain solutions from `invitation to tender', through contract negotiation and implementation to ultimate contract management and cost reduction. Responsible for the transport network design and implementation, the transport provider selection, the commercial negotiation and subsequent performance management, in the UK, the Benelux countries, Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland, as well as primary transport to the local distribution centres in Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and Greece.
Responsable de mettre en place les solutions logistiques / supply chain sur l'Europe à partir de l'appel d'offres, les négociations, la mise en œuvre jusqu'à la gestion du contrat. Responsable du `dossier transport Européen', surtout le choix des transporteurs et les discussions / négociations commerciales. Expérience au Royaume-Uni, en Scandinavie, dans le Benelux, en Allemagne, en France, en Italie, en Espagne, au Portugal, en Autriche, en Hongrie, en République Tchèque, en Pologne et en Grèce.
