Internal and external trimmings, (Vacuum forming, RTM, DCPD, SMC, extrusion and pultrusion, injection, etc.)

Adhesives and logos
SEATS, ACOUSTICS AND FILTRATION

- Strategy definition on the portfolio in collaboration with CNH industrial purchasing and implementation in our 3 plants through local buyers with commercial and technical targets to achieve.
- Operationally leading a team of 7 buyers based in 3 different plants (France and Czech Republic)
- Sourcing, rationalization, benchmarking, for the EURO 6 project following CNH industrial purchasing procedure.
IVECO Bus
- Purchasing Commodity Specialist Chemical
2012 - 2015- In charge of the purchasing portfolio : "fluid management" composed of hoses (fuel, air-cooling, urea, air, hydrostatic), fittings, sleeves, filters, mirrors, tanks, luggage racks, roller-blind, and extrusion and pultrusion. (30 million €)
- Definition of the strategy for all the plants of IVECO BUS (based in France and Czeck Republic) in collaboration with FIAT GROUP PURCHASING.
- Sourcing, rationalization, benchmarking, for the EURO 6 Project and following FGP procedure.
VENISSIEUX2012 - 2012- In charge of metallic portfolio composed of braking systems, steering systems, hinges and door checks, fasteners, stamping part, clips and clamps (20 million € and 70 suppliers).
- Strategy definition on the perimeter in collaboration with FGP and implementation on the different production sites of the group (France, Czech Republic).
- Supplier rationalization (from 70 suppliers to 40)
- Sourcing for E6 project following FGP process in close collaboration with the project team and the steering plateform

2009 - 2011- In charge of a purchasing portfolio composed of electrical parts, fasteners, capex and services, etc. (6 million € and 100 suppliers).
- Definition of new sustainable criteria to choose and evaluate suppliers linked to my master’s dissertation on “sustainable procurement”
