 Responsible for managing the Operations support team for cash equity business in India
 Coordinate all parties involved in the cash equity business
 Responsible for organizing quality and safety of the processes
1. to guarantee accurate trade booking, confirmation and settlement processes
2. to guarantee the proper update of Static Data
3. to ensure settlement flows are efficiently managed
4. to define, set up and improve all reconciliation processes related to cash equity trades
5. to define and maintain operating policies to achieve the highest possible quality to the client satisfaction
6. to set up and review regularly all 1st and 2nd level controls and guarantee their efficiency
7. to guarantee business continuity of the support function
 To ensure an appropriate segregation of duties
 Responsible for the development, professionalism and motivation of support staff
1. to recruit staff, define their responsibility
2. assess their performance and set up clear objectives
 Responsible for ensuring the Company acts in accordance with local regulations
1. to maintain up to date knowledge of Compliance rules and ensure all execution activities are in strict line with Group guidelines and external rules
 Responsible for controlling the cost of the Securities
 Responsible for sharing with local entities all non core business support functions and with the local partners (HR, Finance and admin with the Branch), with APT and Geogit for the IT and setting up clear operating rules for all parties involved in the process through dedicated SLAs
 To contribute to improve systems and processes
 In-charge of Management accounting and MIS for senior management
