Crespin2017 - maintenantSince June 2017, I am in charge of the Customer Support service for Rolling Stock Equipment scope in Crespin. Crespin is in charge of the warranty on projects on the whole area of France and Benelux. On France projects, to date the service is in charge on issues for Bogies, for traction and network components.
In the actual BT transformation phase the service on warranty scope is living an evolving situation. This implies evolutions of the three different core activities : Project management, Field support and logistics. Organizations in these three areas are being reviewed during all this transformation period long to reinforce and adapt the reliability of the service.

Crespin2014 - 2017Mes missions consistent en l'accompagnement des opérations en vue de finaliser la mise à niveau des rames aux opérations et la finalisation du design. Elles se décomposent en trois étapes :
Mission de chef de train jusqu'à mai 2015 : analyser l'avancement des activités des opérations (configuration, correctifs, et nouvelles modifications) train par train et favoriser le déploiement du reste à faire.
Depuis mai 2015, mission de mise en oeuvre du changement relativement aux opérations : pilotage des demandes de changement afin de finaliser le design et d'optimiser la productivité et les flux logistiques.
Depuis début 2016, en plus de la mission précédente, mission d'amélioration de la marge : il s'agit de cibler les actions d'optimisation identifiées ayant un impact direct sur le résultat financier.
