He then in 2010 joined in a family business that is about creating and building up a premium shoes & accessaries brand (KOS - Kingdom of Sheepskin), which is today present in Asia, Europe and USA.

    2008 - maintenant Evering specializes in planning and enabling of urban development and regeneration projects of a variety of problematics and scale in China.
    Recent consultancy engagements include:
    - Strategic planning of a logistics park (5 sq.km.) in Wu-lu-mu-qi, China
    - Regeneration strategy study for Shi-Sha-Hai Historical & Cultural Heritage Protection Zone, Beijing, China
    - Strategic planning of a resort city of 35 sq. km. in Changsha, China
    - Business diagnosis and strategy consultancy for "Nanjing 1912" (a famous heritage oriented commercial quarter);

    Epsom 2005 - 2008 During three years with Atkins, Mr. Tao engaged in or project managed a variety of development consultancy missions. His multidisciplinary and international background, creativity and professionalism are proven valuable to project accomplishments, management and coordination across business units of Atkins (China).
    Typical engagements included:
    - Municipal Government of Xi-Shan District, City of Wuxi, Preliminary Strategic Planning of High Speed Rail Business District.
    - Wharf Group, Development strategy and planning study for a mixed-use property development (including an outlets mall) in city of Chengdu.
    - Yunnan Tourism Investment Group, Development strategy and planning study for Qujing Hot Springs Resorts.
