Diplômé à l'école Management de Strasbourg (EMS Ex IAE/IECS) en 2008, en Management;Entrepreneuriat en PME.
Après avoir effectué un an à FAURECIA Siedoubs à Montbéliard, équipementier automobile, en contrôle de gestion.
J'ai rejoint en septembre 2008 Rotarex Group, équipementier de gaz (leader sur plusieurs marchés) en tant que contrôleur de gestion groupe pour lequel j'assure le contrôle de gestion opérationnel et financier sur plusieurs Business Unit (BU).
Aujourd'hui, je suis responsable du contrôle de gestion industriel d'Ursa France qui comprend 2 divisions (unité de production) fabriquant des matériaux d'isolation pour le marché français et européen.

    2011 - 2014 Ursa is a major player in the European insulation market. Ursa France is located in Saint Avold and manufacturs Glass wool (GW) and XPS.
    *Operationnal controlling :
    - Ensure operational controlling on 2 production lines GW and XPS
    - Implement and set up dashboard
    - Monthly analysis on KPI, deviations analysis Actual Vs Budget and Vs Last Year
    - Monthly Reporting diffusion
    - Identify areas for business performance improvement.
    - Industrial Plan saving monthly follow up
    - Control and ensure of cost of production
    - Challenge & support operationnal managers
    - Establish a rolling forecast
    - Occasional participate to Group project

    * Monthly Closing
    - Carry out reconciliation in general accounting and cost controlling
    - Control and ensure inventory stock take on Finished good and raw material
    - Provide to Acccounting departement non accounting element to have a true and fair view of the asset
    - Ensure the stock valorization and provide depreciation if need

    * Budgetary control
    - Implement a yearly and monthly budget
    - Control budget by departement and ensure the correct booking (GL Account and cost center)

    - Analyse and report investment to HQ
    - ROI calculation
    - Payment follow up
  • ROTAREX Group - Business controller/

    2008 - 2011 Monthly Closing
    -Performs controls and edit the monthly closing for local and sister companies;
    -Controls and Analyses the closing results, differences and margins, bridges between previous results, forecast and budget;
    -Edits the report further to the monthly closing's analysis;
    -Proceeds to any specific analysis requested by operationnal leaders to help them in planning their activities and production;
    -Prepare the report on the Key Performance Indicators as per the banks' requests;

    Permanent Inventory
    -Compares the material and financial flows and proceeds to the necessary accruals and adjustments;
    -Provides the warehouse keepers and production leaders with general instructions regarding the stocks;

    Annual budget
    -Collects from the local and sisters companies' leaders the sales and costs forecasts, checks their consistency and prepares together with the leaders the budget for coming year;
    -Implements into SAP a full budget consolidated;

    Business Reports
    -Is in charge with the analysis and explanations regarding the P&L results;
    -Provides the line manager, the CFO and the Executive Commitee with regular reports, analysis and forecast;

    Annual Fiancial Audit
    -Collaborates with the auditors' team for the annual audit of Luxembourg and German companies by providing them the requested explanations and files;

    Additional projects
    -Works on miscellaneous projects according to the line manager's instructions;
