    Sophia Antipolis 2014 - maintenant Act product owner for the project e-Reporter Next in a SCRUM team. The project is the development of an online analytic platform transforming travel data into intelligence for corporations and travel agencies that want to analyze their travel spend.

    Main responsibilities
    - Functional knowledge of the source: Identify and understand data sources, Define relevant KPIs and Business Rules
    - Knowledge Product Backlog functionalities: Application design, Mock-ups creation, Backlog Management
    - Communication and alignment with the Product Owner, demonstration and work with potential end-users
    - Availability for the team members: Work with the development team and quality team, Ensure the quality of the development

    Sophia Antipolis 2010 - 2014 Responsible for the e-Commerce Business Intelligence platform, I identify, evaluate and develop BI analytics & reporting solutions that meet business user requirements. My position involves internal statistics projects, data collection for billing clients, performing specific analysis & forecasting.

    Main responsibilities
    - Business Functional Knowledge, Requirements Definition and Technical Team Coordination
    Collaborate & coordinate with business users to assist, support and directly manage development of analytics/reporting solutions
    - Daily ETL process checking and troubleshooting, monitor and drive resolution of issues
    Document and communicate status updates to team members and Management

    Main key achievements
    - Implementation of e-Business Reporter (Online reporting system for external usage): Reports
    creation (implementation, data retrieval, jobs and stored procedures), project management of the teams involved. The reports provide all the main daily and monthly statistics for the Airlines customers. A new security management was implemented with near 500 users for 86 airlines and 55 executions by day.
    - Creation of a new daily process for FlexPricer transactions (Retrieving data from sftp, integration sql, aggregation and calculation, cubes, reporting).
    - Parsing and reporting of new products such as AllFares+ compared to AllFares Classic; new weekly dashboards to follow-up of the e-Commerce activity; weekly dashboard for SellConnect activity

    Sèvres Cedex 2009 - 2010 Working as consultant for Amadeus, these are my main responsibilities:

    - Management of the travel reservations data warehouse – bookings, internet pageviews and flexible pricing options involving:
    o Data retrieval from production databases using scripts, cubes, jobs SQL and stored procedures
    o Maintenance, administration and improvement of the data warehouse
    - Monitoring business activity – internal reporting on customers’ website activity:
    o Editing and maintenance of reports concerning e-commerce activity for all teams in Amadeus through reports developed in SQL Reporting Services
    o Working closely with internal departments to create and develop standard and relevant custom reports especially when deploying new features or products whose activity is to be monitored
    - Invoicing customers : Production of data and reports according to time schedules and ensuring reliable and consistent data; in charge of maintenance of the procedure, its optimization and technical development in line with new types of contracts
    - Data analysis, forecasts, requests from technical , functional and managerial teams
    o Ad-hoc studies: analysis of transactions per customer and by path, Analysis of time between booking a trip and departure date, comparison of key customers’ progression, work on the forecast volume of reservations
    o Supporting marketing department to better use data for identifying customers and deploying solutions to new customers
