  2016 - 2017 • Building Web App using ASP.NET MVC 4, deploying on IIS, allowing users to work locally (localhost) (when offline) using local DB and then synchronized data with distant server (online) via web API.
  • Building HTTP services using ASP.NET Web API to synchronize and work with data (with distant server) using Entity FrameWork and Linq.
  • Create a Cron job (Scheduled Task) using windows forms Application to interact with distant server (via API) and process documents.
  • Developing application logic using C# (more than 8000 lines of code in 5 months)
  • Used Entity framework as Object Relational Mapping (ORM) to process data (creating database connections, executing commands etc.) and LINQ for querying.
  • Involved in design and development of interactive user interface web pages:
  • Developing user interface using HTML5
  • Developing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS 3) and Responsive Design with Bootstrap 3 for User Interface uniformity
  • Developing CSS manipulation, HTML event methods, Effects and animations, AJAX Controls using JQuery library
  • Data visualisation using D3.js and Go.js
  • Debugging applications using the debugging tools provided by the Visual Studio .Net IDE
  • Involved in creation of stored procedures in MS SQL Server 2014.
  • Contribute to software development life cycle, including estimating, deployment on test and production server.
  • Involved in data analysis and visualization, querying advance data for analysis and identification of anomalies.

  The biggest part of my work was devoted to soil microbial ecology analysis (Microbial Communities Structure and Function). My work was devoted to DNA sequencing (big) data analysis using bioinformatics, biostatistics and computer programming (specific pipeline, R and python programming as well as Awk, Sed and Unix command line)
