  Casablanca 2015 - 2016 Managing an IT Team of 6 (Software Engineers, Developers, Testers and support), key responsibilities include :
  - Provide direction, instructions and necessary guidance for team members.
  - Provide training for team members and/or for other teams as well.
  - Create reports providing the company on member's progress.
  - Delegate tasks and duties to the appropriate personnel.
  - Perform regular IT Audits.
  - Develop And execute company policies.
  - Attend meetings, training or seminars.
  - Work with other departments.

• SoftCentre - Software Engineer

  2015 - 2015 On behalf of SoftCentre and in cooperation with Babel, the goal is to respond to a certain fragmentation that the mobile app market is facing, which is the obligation to develop several times the same application for multiple Platforms.
  
  In order to respond to this problematic, we used Qt for Cross-Platform development, in order to build an application for Android & iOS that manage accident reports.
  
  Using Scrum Agile Methodology, we've analysed the needs of the final user, elaborate a Design with UML and developing with Qt Framework, and testing the application in each Sprint.
  
  The final result is a Cross-Platform App, compatible with every platform.

• Higher Planning Commission(HCP Morocco) - Participant in General Census Morocco 2014

  2014 - 2014 A unique human experience, that involves visiting people at their own homes and gather information about their lifestyle, education and income, and give a daily report and statistics.
  One of the richest experiences ever, it helps me to learn how to communicate to people with different mentalities, different ages and also speaking different languages(Arabic, French, Amazigh, English, German, etc.), and how to adapt without forgetting to achieve the goal already set.

• Ibn Tofail University - Software Engineer

  2014 - 2015 The goal of the Internship is to build a Web App to manage university's human resources.
  
  Several modules was developed including: career management, Staff Holiday&Leave Management, AUtomatic generation of certificates, etc.
  
  The App was appreciated by the University President and it's actually in Production mode.

• Wave Tech - Software Developer

  2013 - 2013 Internship subject: Developing Web Application for clients on behalf of Wave Tech company.
