Highlights: drilling developpment of 24 news wells and 6 wells re-completion and
construction of the Central Processing Facility (CPF: 11 millions cubic meter/day for gas,
1600tonnes/day for LPG and 1800tonnes/day for condensate) with pipeline project
(375km).
* At this stage, the EPC contract is not yet awarded. It is still the period of technical
clarification. I'm participating to answer some clarification (technical queries) from
the bidders.
* Participate to develop the EPC contract with the FEED contractor regarding quality
and welding matters. (Quality Plan and Control, Welding criteria, piping, pipeline,
coating, steel structure...)
* Participate to elaboration of drilling procedure regarding the quality subject. ;
* Elaborate some contract regarding the drilling. ;
* Put in place the third party inspection (National and International) for drilling matter
and manage them.
* Review all Drilling Quality document from the contractor.
* Perform some audit of various contractor facilities locally (Algeria) and abroad
(China, Italy, France, ...)
* Manage as Coordinator (contact point for the company) the contract with the ARH
(Authority of Hydrocarbon Regulation belonging Ministry of Energy)
* Witness with the ARH inspector the various test on the wellhead and X-mas tree.
* Witness various test of drilling equipment. ;
* Ensuring that all the field quality control activities are executed and documented
according to the relevant specification through an appropriate management and
coordination of the field QA/QC organization.

* Review and Approval of the ITPs (site and Factory (Process, steel structure and
piping)) and QCPs.
* Coordination of the quality system development relevant to the fabrication
activities.
* Assisting to client representative in updating of the coordination procedures
between client, contractor and other organization taking place inside the yard.
* Ensuring that all the yard quality control activities are executed and documented
according to the relevant specification through an appropriate management and
coordination of the yard QA/QC organization.
* Ensuring the management of all non conformities issued by the EPCs and the
resolutions comply with the acceptance criteria.
* Making the reporting (weekly and monthly) to the project and site manager.
* Support the construction department regarding to planning issues.
* Make some audits on the manufacturer and vendor factory or workshop (National
and International).
* Ensuring the management and the traceability of all quality reports.
* Review welding procedure (WPS & PQR), welding map and welders'
qualifications. Ensuring that the yard welding activities are executed and
documented in accordance with the drawing and the welding map.
* Review the procedure of hydrotest or leakage test for the process, fire fighting and
the tank.
* Review Blasting and painting procedure for each system.
* Review all procedures regarding the site activities and vendor activities.
* Answer and review the technical queries (TQ) and the requests for information
(RFI) submitted by the EPCs regarding the quality, NDT, painting and the welding
matter.
* Witness some mechanical test at manufacturer or third party.
* Review the final documentation. ;
* Assist the contract engineer to elaborate the claims (technical part).
* Assist the contract engineer to elaborate some technical letters.

* Verification of the performance of the works in order to ensure that the integrated
team personnel carry out their own activities in compliance with the approved
procedures and design specifications, promoting all the suitable preventive action.
* Ensuring the management of all the non conformities issued at yard, and the
resolution comply with the acceptance criteria and granting the close out within the
schedule.
* Performing some audit for the new subcontractors and some internal audit within
the subcontractor.
* Ensuring the management and the traceability of all quality report.
* Coordinate the received raw material in yard. ;
* Coordinate the teams of NDT. ;
* Development of welding procedures with the subcontractor, reviewed welding
map, coordination welding and welders qualifications, ensuring that the yard
welding activities are executed and documented in accordance with the drawing
and the welding map, development of the welding sequence with the
subcontractor. Review the quantity of consumable in the yard with the
subcontractor. Coordinate the production test (Superintendant and supervisors).
* Answer and review the technical queries (TQ) and the requests for information
(RFI) about the quality, NDT and the welding.
* Coordinate the hydrotest or leakage test and its report.
* Manage inspection documents and NDT reports before Releasing to Blasting and
painting.
* Coordinate painting data sheets, comparing with type of paint required.
* Manage measurement for blasting roughness, and painting thicknesses.
* Follow and manage a part of scope of work in Malaysia and Singapore:
engineering (drawing, TQ, RFI and procurement), production (planning and
progress) and quality (inspection and document).
