Mission :
- Etre garant pour Leoni de la qualité des produits et des opérations sur les moyens, le process et les flux à travers l’animation d’une démarche qualité totale orientée vers l’amélioration et la mise à niveau du site LEONI AIN SEBAA 2&3.
Activités :
-Gérer le service Qualité et en coordonner les travaux.
-Contribuer activement au suivi des caractéristiques produit, à la validation des nouveaux moyens.
-Coordonner plus spécifiquement les échantillons, gestion et archivage, équipements de contrôle, capabilités, essais, audits et traitement des défaillances.
-Vérifier l’efficacité du système qualité dans l’usine.
-Rendre compte à la direction générale du fonctionnement du système qualité.
- Participer au déploiement des PAQ et au déploiement de LPS+.
- Représenter la BU (Qualité) auprès des clients et des fournisseurs.
-Construire le Plan d’Amélioration Qualité du processus et Suivre les indicateurs du processus.5

Main Task:
==> Organize, plan and lead a team of technicians and operators to assure the robustness and quality of processes, products, tools and systems, and customer satisfaction through excellence and continuous improvement in all area off SOSA line, according to company objectives and strategies. Support the relevant teams (Field, Division, Production, Central engineering, Planning).
Activities:
- Design and implement control system for quality improvement.
- Analysis the Precap, Rawline&FQC Gates AIQ and initiate corrective and control measures for permanent solution.
- Assure all audits (DQA, Process, Anti-Mixing, Customer…).
- Lead the 8D customer claims (Risk assessment/Root causes & Permanent actions).
- Manage and build strong team to assure customer expectation in term of communication/responsiveness and quality.
- Improve Process data retention/availability/traceability.
- Quality tools (8D Toyota methodology, 5 Why Bosch Naze/Naze, Toyota assessment)

Main Task:
==> Define and improve the Test-Finishing process of the Power and VR products in order to optimize the indicators of cost, service and quality while respecting the social aspects, of safety and environment.
Activities:
==>Improve Continuously the Yield and Semi-finished by product and by package.
==>Install and start of new processes, new products and new equipment.
==>Optimize manufacturing tool efficiency in term of equipment, Process and Materials.
==>Take part in the realization of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) of TO220 line in order to honor the customer orders as soon as possible.
==> Take care of the respect of the safety requirements and the environment.
==> Set up action plans for certification ISO/TS 16949: 2003
