  -In charge of Health, security and environment in construction and Excavations field.
  - Identify and minimise potential risk.Regulations and legislations concerning Health, Safety
  and Environment.
  -Develop Manual, procedures and guidelines for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental
  Management Systems
  - Monthly Emergency Plans (PII ), hazard study and risk assessment,JSA, lifting plan,
  Analysis methods: ``HAZOP ``, ``CHECK-LISTS"...
  - Inspections on the various sites of the base of life such as: kitchen, storage areas and
  electrical installations.
  - Ensure the management of various wastes and protection of the environment.
  - Issuance of work permits (A hot, cold, digging, lifting and working at height...).
  - Make sure daily safe walkabouts are done and communicate feed back to line manager.
  - perform daily HSE tours ,intervene when anomalies found and consider/ perform corrective
  actions.
  - Give HSE induction to new workers and visitors.
  -Ability of work with international minds and cultures using English language.
  -Provide relevant information on health,safety,and environmental policies to employees.
  - Participate in safety promotions when required. ;

  - Reporting to the Country Manager and member of the executive committee, take
  responsibility for the entire QHSE function within the company
  - Manage and supervise the implementation of the QHSE policy, its optimization and
  alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  - Ensure that procedures, work instructions and forms for the management system of quality,
  food , health and safety and the environment are established, implemented and
  maintained and report to the top management any improvement needs and awareness of
  legal and customer requirements throughout the organization,
  - Conduct internal audits on sites, risk assessments and implement the recommendations
  and action plans necessary .
  - Lead QHSE site inspections and train staff and implement the necessary corrective
  measures and communicate to employees all changes in QHSE management.
  - Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPI's)for measuring process and disseminate
  the results in appropriate persons,
