- Management of major complex projects related to Administrative Services, i.e. reorganization of the administrative function for all service lines, optimization of resources, drafting of job descriptions, review of procedures and of administrative processes
- Responsible for the performance Management and Development Process: Facilitation of the mid-year and year-end review committees, champion for the deployment of new tools related to performance program, trainings organization and facilitation
- Responsible for the recruiting of administrative profiles
