    - Banking operations - European Payment Area (SEPA).: I managed a number of changement and improvements regarding banking operations to meet SEPA standards
    - Redesign of the Group's internet site: I worked on digital recast of the website of Credit du Nord. I was the lead project manager from concept to completion.
    - Aside from day to day project management, platform builds I implemented a number of different changes. These proved to be extremely successful and are detailed below:
    ◦ Implementing a suite of new documentation templates
    ◦ Re-organised platform project methodology
    ◦ Improved and automatised testing processes
