    Transport Global Solutions Division is in charge of deploying Turnkey Systems in order to deliver optimized Transport Systems.
    My mission and responsibilities are:
    - Manage the LAM Regional Center QSRW Teams in order to ensure the projects are at the right quality, safety, reliability level (by Feb 2015 : 6 Turnkey Metro and Tramway, 4 infrastructure projects)
    - Cascade & implement the objectives within the Quality organization (7p)
    - Implement the Alstom Transport Quality Policy, Processes & tools in the Regional Center
    - Secure Customer satisfaction up to the end of the warranty period
    - Contribute to tender by producing quality plan documents and by scheduling quality workload and associated costs
    - Drive continuous improvement at Regional Center level

  • ALSTOM Transport - Quality and Safety Manager Panama Metro L1 (Consortium GdE)

    2011 - 2014 Paris 1 year and Panama City 2 years

    This position is at the Consortium level. The consortium Grupo de Empressas (GdE) is composed with 4 companies (ALSTOM Transport, TCP-CIM, THALES, SOFRATESA) and covers the Electro-Mechanical part of the Panama metro L1 project.
    Turnkey Project scope: tracks, catenary, power sub-stations, signalling system, rolling stock, communications and safety (SCADA/ATS, passenger information, CCTV, fire detection).
    In charge of the Quality Safety Reliability Warranty scope, I:
    - Define and coordinate, with the partners, the Quality Processes during all project phases (Engineering, Product Factory Acceptance (FAT), Construction/Installation, Test & commissioning)
    - Manage the Safety Assurance activities (Safety reviews, Safety Authorizations for Tests and Revenue Service, close work with the Independent safety Assessor)
    - Ensure consistency between the project QCD objectives and the customer’s satisfaction
    - Manage Non conformities and Safety issues, measure and improve project quality performance
    - Monitor Problem Solving in coordination with all the project team members

  • Alstom Transport - MF2000 Warranty Manager (Paris Metro L2)

    2009 - 2011 In Paris

    The train project was managed by a Consortium constituted with ALSTOM, BOMBARDIER and AREVA and named MOEPT (Maitrise d’Oeuvre Projet Train).
    Located in the RATP train depot and I was in charge of:
    - Being the RATP interlocutor for any Commissioning & Warranty (C&W) MOEPT activity
    - Managing consortium C&W teams
    - Following the revenue service starting phase when train are delivered to the customer
    - Organizing short delay interventions when trains are stopped for any technical problems
    - Supervising recovery plans for servicing and follow application of modifications
    - Managing the reliability growth in customer yard and support the MOEPT to solve the problem for the train to exit the warranty phase
