  Tunis 2011 - maintenant Among other fields of intervention, C&C Tendering provides consulting services in two main fields :
  
  - Procurement support services
  
  Consulting services are provided to private businesses or non profit organisations who wish to participate in international tenders or grants and require additional knowledge of the specific procedures adopted by International Donors, as well as additional procedural, administrative, linguistic and logistic know-how to do so successfully.
  
  - Project Monitoring and Evaluation
  
  While monitoring is performed while a project is being implemented, with the aim of improving the project design and functioning while in action, an evaluation studies the outcome of a project (changes in income, housing quality, benefits distribution, cost-effectiveness, etc.) with the aim of informing the design of future projects. C&C Tendering specializes in monitoring and evaluation, planning, log frame approach of EU funded projects.

  Contractual and financial management of projects with a particular emphasis on the Nuclear Safety Instrument (NSI): call for proposals and tendering procedures, finalization of contractual documents, financial verifications.

  Tunisia:
  
  - Market access strategy: Identification and analysis of non-tariff barriers to trade, management of the Market Access Team meetings gathering EU Member States representatives, Chambers of Commerce and business associations
  - Bilateral negotiation: preparation of negotiating rounds for liberalisation of agricultural and fisheries products, Customs and Import regulation compliance assessment
  - Management of the program for the modernisation of the judicial system, review of Terms of Reference, participation to tenders evaluations and to steering committees.
  
  Libya:
  
  - Evaluation and drawing up of a Trade Policy study for the conclusion of a EU – Libya Free Trade Agreement
