    - VSAT: SNMPc, CxAccess.
    - MUX Siemens: Access Integrator.
    - Access Gate : AccessView.

    • Programming:
    - C# (OOP under MicroSoft Visual Studio) and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Orascom Telecom Algeria - Optimization trainee-ship

    2010 - 2010 Optimization trainee-ship at Network Access Department of OTA company. This training allowed me to know the different task assigned to optimization engineers and to develop the following skills:

    - GSM & GPRS Standard.
    - Optimization techniques for GSM access network (Siemens, Alcatel).
    - KPI’s analysis and troubleshooting.
    - Drive test analysis and reporting.
    - Use of different tools and software’s like: TEMS, MAPINFO, SPOT (SIEMEN’s), NPO (Alcatel)…etc.
