    • Quarterly F2F meeting with Nokia in Finland – review business plan and set up future support schedule.
    • Responsible for forecast consolidation, demand analysis and prototypes deliveries.

    • Coordinated incoming customer inquiries and directed them towards the appropriate subject matter experts through SAP.
    • Prepared quotations and software/hardware contracts for Nortel resellers in EMEA.
    • Provided frontline customer support for Nortel software products (download of software from the web, special shipments of current or future versions of software, advice on Y2K issues).
    • Provided customers with advice on repair service options, taking into consideration warranty, price and quality elements regarding the range of products: Hub, Switch, Router, Remote Access, Accelar, etc.
