    - Provide KPI's and data to regional manager in order to control/assure quality of concrete and meet Standard requirements
    - Provide support (process and workflow) to regional manager

    IT skills :
    - Specify and develop Access and Excel tools using Sql and Vba to speed up data analysis and create custom reports related to concrete fields (indicators, benchmarks,...)
    - Specify and test IT applications such as ready mix design and quality assurance tools
    - Write guidelines and perfom training related to those tools.

    • Develop and implement quality assurance standards &
    processes

    •Set up and updated data for a Cemex’s custom-built application (GINCO Quality tool)
    •Communicated results to regional technical manager and operational team.

    •Established new Cemex procedures : standardization processes
    •Proposed and set up good practices to improve and develop GINCO Quality
    -Provided to Neoris technical specification documents for I.T developments
    -Tested software improvements
