Former Manager at OCTO Technology, a consulting company dedicated to IS, I lead various types of mission : IS / application Architecture and audit, 360° audit, IT Master plan, Project framing and agile project delivery. I was in charge of a 6 consultants's team and also involved in the whole pre-sales process.
In 2009, wishing to work in an international context, I spent 1 year working for the OCTO subsidiary in Rabat, Morocco.
At OCTO, I was in charge of trainings (both internal and for OCTO's clients) on Lean Management and IS Audit and a speaker at various events, including USI (http://www.usievents.com/en/ ).
Before working as a consultant, I took an active part in creating an Open-Source software for Micro Finance : Octopus Micro Finance Suite (http://www.octopusnetwork.org/ ).
