    Follow-up of the realization of equipments (such as Bumpers, dashboards, lighthouses, wood panels…): analyze schedules of industrialization of pieces with Purchase department and follow on the ground of the implementation of suppliers’ process assembly and critical pieces
    Weekly reporting with Project Director and Purchase department to underline the risks and critical suppliers
    Proposition and implementation of preventive action plans necessary for the obtaining of the scheduling objectives
