    Puteaux 2015 - 2015 - CIO for centrally provided IT services for AWP (Assistance, Healthcare and Automotive business) in the Services Company of Allianz (AMOS).
    - Define and implement overall governance model of the B2B2C Delivery department, a new structure created at AMOS inheriting teams from AWP legacy IT organizations.
    - Set up of the 24/7 service model and delivery processes.
    - Support integration of teams inside AMOS organization.
    - Establish governance on enterprise architecture for local and central services.
    - Ensure proper delivery by coordinating onsite and offshore development platforms (Poland, India, Thailand).
    - Define and manage the global decommissioning program of legacy software, accordingly to the rollout program of central solutions.

    - Implement a tool to support the whole delivery process (project management, time tracking, visual management, capacity planning, …)
    - Set up of an activity based financial steering.
    - Support business departments in the digitalization strategy on automotive, health and connected home.
    - Prepare and support the IT department and its associates for their outsourcing to Allianz Managed Operations and Services.

    - Definition of B2B portal strategy and implementation of the core components and first layers.
    - Integration layer between mobile apps and legacy assistance tool to support assistance services.
    - Interface with connected cars for Allianz and PSA.
    - Migration of telephony to TOIP (3 back office locations and 3 call centres, 2200 stations).
    - Migration of physical servers to virtualized environment in a Nutanix infrastructure.
  • BMW Group France - Chief Information Officer

    Munich 2010 - 2013 Reorganization of IT department in an agile structure allowing its strategic development at two levels:
    * Local (France):
    * Support subsidiary in its growth by fit-to-market solutions.
    * Setup of a retail IT dedicated team to support dealerships network (standard definition, global solutions, sourcing strategy on IT).
    * Setup of a strategy to harmonize IT systems of dealerships with the recommendation of a unique DMS tool (automotive ERP) for the French market - 30 M EUR program, rollout in progress.
    * Centralization of infrastructure and consolidation of IT systems.
    * International:
    * Creation and management of an internal « start-up » dedicated to support BMW Group marketing, sales and after sales digitalization by designing and developing mobile applications (smartphone et tablet).
    * Deployment of some retail group solutions to 40 markets.
    * Delivery of development services for smaller European subsidiaries.

    * Digitalization of point of sales with iPad apps interfaced with real time 3D rendering of configured cars on HD TV displays - worldwide rollout.
    * Digitalization of workshop after sales activities with iPad application interfaced with DMS - worldwide rollout.
    * Universal iPad solution integrated with CRM systems and social networks to promote BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands and support sales activities during fairs, tours and exhibits - worldwide rollout.

    * Rebuild of the complete Used Car Management system landscape (dealer back office, headquarter back office, internet and mobile front office).
    * Finance systems migration to SAP (accounting, treasury, invoicing)
    * Migration of reporting platform from Cognos to SAP Business Objects.
    * Automation of company reporting (decrease of manual work by 600 days/year).
    * Rebuild of IT systems for CRM, sales and invoicing to support the direct sales model of the electric vehicles brand, BMW i.

    2008 - 2009 - Split of design and build activities with a business consulting team to strengthen relationship with business departments and bring more flexibility to the project delivery process.
    - Setup of a sourcing strategy with creation of services centres with limited number of suppliers and fixed-fees project approach - cost savings up to 17%, productivity improvement up to 20% and decrease of the number of suppliers from 12 to 2.

    * Migration of legacy parts logistics system to SAP.
    * Multi-channel loyalty platform (web, mobile, tablet) for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad customers and integration with social networks.
