    EPCI : 380km pipelaying, Horizontal Drilling, Subsea Structures/ Spool / Jumper, Trenching/ Backfilling, Pre-commissioning.

    ▪ Participate in the global project preparation & execution of the project
    ▪ Responsible for execution of project and package onshore and offshore operations
    ▪ In charge of HSE, Quality, Engineering, Subcontracting & Procurement activities as part of the execution of the packages
    ▪ Plan and monitor all financial and planning aspects of the packages (total budget: 36MUSD)
    ▪ Manage the mobilization of personnel and supply chain
    ▪ Define and manage teams involved in the package including HQ and various construction sites
    ▪ In charge of all project interfaces with the client and other client’s contractors (Technical, Commercial & Contractual)
    ▪ Prepare, negotiate and implement package contract change orders with client & subcontractors / suppliers
    ▪ Ensure reporting within the project, and progress monitoring (cost, planning)
  • Saipem - Senior project engineer - energy

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2012 - 2014 MAFUMEIRA SUL PIPELINES Project (EPCI 2 package) - Client: Chevron
    110 kms offshore pipelaying, including offshore tie-ins spools connection and shore pull

    ▪ Supervision of offshore campaign acting as operations lead
    ▪ Work package leader on specific onshore and offshore operations
    ▪ Prepare and review project installation/engineering procedures
    ▪ Responsible for offshore installation scheduling and costs simulation
    ▪ Vessel and marine support spread management (scope, contract, execution, transportation strategy built-up)
    ▪ Internal interface with all departments involved such as engineering, procurement, asset


    Subcontract management:
    ▪ Management of subcontracts (Contract, scope and procedures, budget monitoring, planning and Kick-Off meeting), i.e. survey and positioning, diving services, pre-commissioning, trenching, etc.
    ▪ Internal interface with all disciplines (engineering, procurement, asset, ect)

    Project Management knowledge:
    ▪ Implementation and follow-up of all Project Management tools developed by Saipem Project Management Office (i.e. Project Execution Plan, roadmap, visible planning)

    Project representative on board Saipem pipelay vessel: In charge of the vessels' spread mobilization , close-out of the pre-job inspections, follow-up of subcontractors and pipelay activities.

    Yard refurbishment project: execution and closing phase representative:
    • Specifications of equipement / material
    • Asset forecast and Capex preparation

    • Technical and logistical management of all physical assets (planning, inventories, transfer and equipment disposal)
