  • Holcim Group Support - SAP HR global project manager

    2004 - 2008 Coordination of the implementation of Global HR standards and processes using a common tool: SAP HR

    Responsibilities/MissionsCoordinate and bring support to local Group company on the implementation, sustainability review, network building in the different region, communication and diffusion of the standards in the group companies

    Results: Implementation pilot in Asia Pacific, progressive extension to the different region of the world (Europe, Latin America, North America, South Africa)
  • Holcim France Bénelux. - SP HR Project manager (all modules including TM)

    2002 - 2004 Context:Harmonisation of HR processes and use of a unique database for all the human resource IT applications

    Responsibilities / Missions: Coordination of the project for developing the organizational structure, the training management and the career events (recruitment, internal mobility, job evolution) for France, Belgium and Marocco. The project started in April 02 and finished in February 03 for a scope of 3000 employees. Training management achieved in March 03.

    Results:Business processes and rules for different functionalitiesOverall view of employee data in one database, reports mixing several kinds of data (organizational, training and administration). Automatic update of the organization chart. Training management
  • Holcim France Benelux - Functional and technical expert on SAP HR

    2000 - 2002 Responsibilities / Missions
    Restructuring H.R. processes (payroll, personal administration, career/recruitment, training): business processes benchmarking and adaptation to the legal and social France and Belgium context
    Designing business and technical blueprint with system configuration. Corrections / changes in the pay calculation scheme (fatherhood leave, payroll calculation improvement according to French law and regulation)
    Results
    Automation of socials tax declaration for France and considerable saving time on post payroll process. Harmonization of the models of wages costs (France). Set up of the ASSEDIC certificate
