Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the organisation, management and cost of his application portfolio within the framework of the SLA. He has to work closely with customers, resolve incidents and problems, plan and execute changes, and keep customer IT solutions aligned with the business.
I am currently managing an application portfolio on process Customer Order Management and Product Ordering for Renault Trucks. The purpose of this portfolio is to ensure that Renault Trucks application are able to process order intake.
Functional Management of 30 resources on different locations (France, India).
Budget of approximately 3,5 M€
