Digital Mock Up (DMU) enables the design and visualization of aircrafts before their manufacturing. The "A380 CAD DMU Harmonization" project aims at replace the 4 current legacy Computer-Aided Design (CAD) solutions (used in 4 different countries) by a unique target one.

Project Description:
Implementation of a pilot web application to monitor Total's assets in Angola (Well Perfomance Monitoring - Sub Sea template) and Argentina (Plant Performance Monitoring - Rotating Equipments template). The system is based on a real time data base ( PI from Osisoft) collecting monitored parameters from equipments. These parameters can be alarmed, used for calculations, validated, and more... The objective of the application is to give an overview of the affiliate's performance and equipment statuses.

2) Choice of the Retail Point of Sale Software for the to-be Neuf Cegetel network of shops.
3) Implementation of a centralised solution enabling the calculation of the variable salary of Neuf Cegetel's shop vendors.

1) Planification Phase:
- Collecting of all Business Requirements (new workflows, new activation portal, etc.) related to the opening of a Neuf Cegetel's shop.
- Collecting of all Sales Requirements regarding the choice of the Retail Point of Sale Software.
- Writing and sending of the Request For Proposal to various editors of Retail Point of Sale softwares.
- Collecting of all HR Requirements regarding the calculation of the variable salary of Neuf Cegetel's shop vendors.

- Writing of the documentation analysing the impacts of the modification of the existing Neuf Cegetel's Information System in order to support the new business requirements related to the opening of a shop.

Projet Description
In the context of the migration of AOL customers from AOL Information Systems towards Neuf Cegetel's, the purpose of this project was to:
1) Clean the data in AOL Systems.
2) Select AOL customers eligible to this migration.
3) Freeze commands on AOL customers prior to the migration.
4) Extract AOL customers information from AOL Systems, this inormation being integrated into Neuf Cegetel Systems through another projet.
5) Implementation of a solution enabling the consultation of clients' history after the shuting down of AOL CRM services.
