    Puteaux 2007 - maintenant ◊ Launched the first In-house rack ball nut for TRW on the Ford C1 program with the resolution of noise issues at the customer, improvement of the production line, help maintenance in the detection of the machine degradation with the use of accelerometers. Participates in the global investigation team for the clatter, implying machine/tool improvements.
    ◊ Lead any changes throughout the life of the product in production including difficult supplier production plant transfers or supplier changes
    ◊ Technical interface responsibility between the 3 Engineering center (Detroit, Birmingham and Dusseldorf), the customer and the plant.
    ◊ Technical lead on the Renault EPS products and technical support on EPHS/PRP/MPR products.

    ◊ Developed a plan to reduce the workload of testing and the cost of validation/human effort of any changes.

    Puteaux 2003 - 2007 ◊ Launched the Gen2 EPS production for the Renault Modus/Clio with the resolution of issues from the customer, production line and quality. This areas of expertise covers Mechanics, electronics, optical, crash, software items.
    ◊ Technical interface responsibility between the Engineering center, the customer and the plant.

  • TRW Automotive - Senior Development and Validation Engineer

    Puteaux 2001 - 2003 Development and validation of the EPS (Electric Power steering) - Technical center
    ◊ Validated and resolved the technical issues that appeared during the Gen1 CD ((Renault Mégane et Scénic) and Gen2 CD (Renault Clio/Modus) (development from mechanical, electronic, software and optical aspects.
    ◊ Customer responsibility for the product validation.
