    o Responsible for gathering customer and internal requirements and translating those requirements into technical solutions.

    o Responsible for defining the best solution within customer constraints, working closely with product team
    o Responsible for leading the deployment of the solution (hosted or in house), working closely with operations team
    o Responsible for managing customized development and change requests, working closely with development and QA team

    Main achievements:
     Deployment of INFOGIN solution in 5 countries - 8 customers.

  • Orange France - Project manager

    1997 - 2006 Managed platform of services implementation (WAP & E-Mail)

    o Responsible for writing, leading RFQ and choosing supplier
    o Responsible for leading the deployment of the solution by the supplier (specifications, planning follow up, testing phase definition, launch)

    Main achievements:
     E-mail platform - 70 servers – €3,000,000 global budget
     WAP platform - 25 servers – 500.000 € global budget
