Overview of Responsibilities:
To meet Customer and standard specifications, in term of QUALITY :
• In charge of Subsea Division Quality in North & South America, Europe, Africa, Middle east and Asia.
• Division Quality Management System
• Certifications (API 6A, 16A, 16C, 17D / ISO 9001 / ATEX & PED / GOST R / GOST K)
• Customer Field Performance Reports / complaints
• Customer, Internal Audits (IRCA qualified auditor)
• Management of Suppliers (Qualification, Audits, Scorecards, PPM, FAI, Kaiezn, Open days...)
• Contract reviews (SP, QP …)
• Continuous improvement process / management by objectives (Lean 6 Sigma, Lessons Learned, Best practice...)
• NCR and CPAR management and analysis
• Control of internal Special processes: Heat treatment, Coating/Plating, PWHT, NDT …
