I am an expert at developing and coordinating communication projects from end-to-end with more than 5 years of experience within leading companies in advertising and media.

It all really started with my final internship within the multi-cultural working environment of Havas Group in Prague where I discovered that I was very excited about interacting with people to develop advertising communication projects. Back in France and with my diploma from an International Business School, I began my professional career at JCDecaux, the world leading outdoor advertising company and I have been working there as an Advertising Campaigns Coordinator for the last four years. Assisting my sales manager, we gained 18 new clients in 2015 and I successfully coordinated more than 80 campaigns for high-profile clients in the Luxury, Fashion and Cosmetics sectors.

Today, it is clear that it is essential for me to work within an international context and for a business sector that makes sense to me. As a passionate traveller, I am always looking for exceptional cultural experiences. That is why, two of the main sectors I am interested in are the cultural and tourism sectors where I could use my expertise in communication projects coordination to be at my very best.

I am ready to move abroad for a new position and open to interviews on Skype.

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2011 - maintenant JCDecaux, the number 1 Out-Of-Home advertising company in the world.

    Working for the Luxury, Fashion and Cosmetics Department, I am in charge of the following:

    - Coordinate and monitor, from the beginning to the end, the full implementation of all advertising campaigns for 25 clients in 2015 : contract details, posters delivery and artwork instructions, photos request, network round
    > interpersonal, commercial and technical aspects

    - Analyze client requirements and business needs to draft efficient commercial offers according to our planning and availabilities : national, Paris region and/or local
    > after receiving briefing from the media agencies or the clients
    > source of proposals when there are opportunities

    - Assist the sales manager in the daily management of her clients’portfolio, amounting to 20 M€/year
    > prepare the meetings with the client by creating presentations with the marketing team
    > manage her agenda

    - Primary point of contact (both in French and in English) for media agencies (such as Havas, Aegis), advertisers (e.g. for Chanel, Hermès, Prada, Coty,) and the international business unit of the Group, JCDecaux OneWorld, based in London

    Key 2015 achievements :
    - 80 campaigns successfully coordinated in 2015, including 3 global campaigns with budget in excess of 1 M€
    - Acquisition of 18 new clients in 2015
  • Havas - Inter-Agencies Coordinator

    Suresnes 2011 - 2011 Working for Euro RSCG Europe = Major business unit of Havas Group, sixth largest communications Group in the world

    - Provided updated and selected information to the agency network requests regarding our client’s portfolio or business sectors
    - Expanded the Group’s new business pipeline and upgraded the corporate website with case studies, creative works and market studies
    - Assessed and fulfilled the information and data requirements for international tenders (Toshiba, Sanofi-Aventis)

    PARIS 13 2008 - 2008 Editis Group, the second largest publishing group in France.

    Working for the French Publishing House, les Presses de la Renaissance, my key duties were:

    - Conducted promotional events (writers’ talks and lectures) with the press office
    - Drafted sales pitch materials intended for booksellers
    - Sales reporting and analysis of more than 450 titles, accounting for a turnover of over 7 M€
