Major Contributions:
- Successfully redesigned, implemented and delivered Business features (Search Engine, Navigation) across Redcats web platform (22 websites) using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA / WCF)
- Conceptualized, planned and launched the UI layer of the Search Engine of the 1st fashion and home shopping French site. Led 4 engineers to a successful on time delivery of the project and earned Business team satisfaction.
- Teamed with top management to evaluate and select third party vendors to implement or replace strategic business features such as Search Engine and customer tracking.
- Singled out bad performing code by aggregating server performance related information using custom developed tool (C#, MS LogParser) & commercial application (dotTrace from JetBrains)
- Optimized JS/Ajax based page performance: Improved the load time by 4 times and eliminated the code blocks that caused browser crashing.
- Enhanced the Recruiting process and interviewed all the members of the team.
