2009 - 2010Supervise PDC Specialists to assure that business practices and policies are properly adhered to in order to meet potential and existing client deadlines.
Monitor the process and progress with respect to research and inquiries of client RFPs (Request for Proposal). Establish and develop open communication and interaction with the Team, managers and other internal customers.
Provide assistance to the Director relating to various projects.
Play a key role in the implementation of new policies & procedures.
Act as a liaison between the Specialists, sales team and sector personnel.
Assist Specialists in developing reasonable strategies to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of sales proposals and projects.
Assist with establishing metrics to measure performance.
Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
Responsible for interviewing, training and supervising PDC Specialists.
Develop project plans as necessary to complete goals.
Communicate with/train sales personnel on PDC procedures.
Strive to improve efficiencies of departmental procedures.
Take on overflow of proposals when necessary to meet client deadlines.
